This restaurant is unique because the customers are in total control. The guests choose their table, order at the bar and pay at the bar when they’re ready to leave. Maricio’s has been open since 2005 under the name Tomaso’s. In 2011 the basement remodel with a second dining room with bar was finished and named The Underground. In 2012 the owners decided it was time to create their own identity: Maricio’s in Barton. Same owners and same great food.
